We offer you to read our terms and conditions
attentively before you order any of EUROLINK TEAM services.
All reservations by EUROLINK TEAM are made according to these terms and
conditions.
Quotations,
availability and reservations:
EUROLINK TEAM accepts
requests only through correctly filled-in forms on our site. Due to a large
customer stream we don't practice telephone service. All questions regarding
confirmations, services details, hotel information, cancellations must be made
by e-mail to the sale representative dealing with your request.
Bookings:
To book an Hotel for which
availability have been confirmed, please use the booking form, quoting the
unique reference we will provide in the subject field of our e-mail confirming
availability. Should you choose to pay by credit card, we will Invoice you
electronically and at the time request the agreed amount by e-mail. You
will have to register with Moneybookers, one of the most secure credit card processors
globally. Registration takes a couple of clicks. This way you register you
credit card with Moneybookers and we do not handle you details at all. Payment
can be also accepted by debit card, registration to Nochex will be mandatory,
and again you will have to register when they will request payment from
you, once accommodation has been booked and this payment option has been chosen.
Alternatively you could pay by cheque, in which case we will Invoice you and
hold on to your booking for up to five days until we receive your payment.
Bookings for which payment has been received within these terms will be
automatically released without further notice.
Confirmation:
All requests will be
answered, in normal conditions, in 24 hours after the request is made. EUROLINK
TEAM will accept any requests that are filled correctly through our
website form.
Rates:
All rates are
quoted in currency of country or £ stg and will be always converted into £
sterling at Invoicing. Rates are not valid for congresses or incentives, dates
of national holidays and international fairs, after the request is made sales
representative will announce you the best rate. All rates include VAT and other
taxes (tour operator's margin scheme). The VAT it shows at a 0 rate because this
element is in-built in the rate in conformity with the T.O.M.S..
Payment:
100% prepayment to EUROLINK
TEAM are required before vouchers for services booked can be delivered. We
accept credit cards, debit cards (Solo, Switch, Delta), UK bankers cheques and
bank transfer. All bank commissions must be paid by customer. A booking is
optionally secured by payment of a 50% of Invoice total to reach our office 5
days from date of Invoice. Balance must follow no later than 6 week prior
commencing room occupancy. Failure to settle within these terms will cause a
cancellation of the booking to the Hotel and a penalty charge to the value of
50% of the total Invoice for settlement to the Hotel of booking cancellation
resulting from failure to settle (as per EEC directive N.90/314
17/03/1995. We cannot take credit card payment on the phone or by fax. Credit
card payments are always subject to registration to Moneybookers, our credit cards
processor. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THE BALANCE 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO
DEPARTURE THE COMPANY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING. CANCELLATION FOR
NON-PAYMENT BY THE DUE DATE WILL BE TREATED AS CANCELLATION AND WILL ATTRACT £
55 ADMINISTRATION COSTS.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made by e-mail or fax to sales representative.
Cancellation policy as per EEC directive N. 90/314 17/03/1995. Eurolink Team
will cancel without further notice all booking to customers that have failed to
conform to these terms.
Notice: Any
notice to EUROLINK TEAM
shall be provided by email to
webmaster@sardiniaaccommodation.co.uk or by fax
to +44 870 1360777 (UK) during normal business hours. You must promptly inform
EUROLINK TEAM
of changes in home or billing address; and any actual or suspected apparent
breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure. Until ELT
SARDINIA ACCOMMODATION is notified of a breach in security, you will remain
liable for any unauthorized use of the services. ELT will provide you with
copies of billing records documenting charges for use of the services upon
request.
Tradesmarks:
EUROLINK TEAM & SARDINIA ACCOMMODATION graphics, logos, and service names
appearing on this site are the trademarks of EUROLINK TEAM or its respective
content suppliers. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any
product or service that is not EUROLINK TEAM's or its respective content
supplier's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or
in any manner that disparages or discredits the company.
Responsibility:
EUROLINK TEAM acts as an agent for Hotels and other contractors. Therefore
EUROLINK TEAM can not be responsible for delays, accidents, losses,
changes of schedules and rates, damages, etc., that may occur in any of its
suppliers services.
